The live demo is real
A full seeded workspace now lives at /demo — Mission Control, the command bar, the AI team, approvals — no signup, honestly labeled as simulated. This build log shipped the same week: the page you are reading is generated straight from the build queue the autonomous builder works from.
v2 — the spaceship
The journey landing, public pricing, Stripe billing scaffold (dormant until keys), the command center showcase and the first comparison pages all shipped inside one 48-hour window. Search Console + Bing verified, first pages indexed.
Day one
BEAR OS went from product constitution to live deployment in a day: multi-tenant auth, the publishing engine, dashboard and admin panel on Cloudflare. bearos.io opened for early access the next morning.
